Bleh: JIAYING HOUSE
hey so unfortunate, we won't be visiting jiaying's house today after all!! (I postponed stuff for nothing)
This is because she has church at 11am, and she is really busy with competitions.
Shall find a better date - but it all depends on when JY can make it. JY needs to study for Common Test during Mar Hols too rite?
Oh nos, then the date will prob get pushed further. BUT, we will visit her house somehow anw! haha.

Visit to Jiayings House!
Hey shall we go to Jiaying/Warren's House on the 23rd (sat) or 24th Feb (sun)?
Both invited us to their houses leh... wah thinking alikes. <3
but since jiaying asked us first we shld show face right, so shall we go to her house on the 24th feb (sun)? Sundays are generally more free right?
Then we go to warren's house on the next sat/sun?

Today's Outing!
Hi everyone pls dun leave the blog alone!
Before I forget, the photos from today can be found on Nicoly, the 2 Ams, and Has I guess...
I shall be text-contributer haha:
What many ppl have been asking is, who was at the outing! At 1040am, only me nicole and kingyan were there. amelia joined at 1050. Then we went to Mac to watch me eat and talk, until Has came at 1115am.
We went to skate from around 1150, because of the slow laggy cashier and the wearing of boots and stashing of bags into lockers! So we skate and skate until nearing 1pm, when Jon chan came. Amelia left for her class outing. We then sang him Happy Birthday and gave him his lighted Bdae cake!! whee! The Brownie was chosen by nicoly, btw...
Jonc was touched but he did not cry haha... michael arrived around the time when we sang the bdae song and ate the cake.
After that, we continue to skate until Kingyan was rather exhausted becos of her "terrible" fall (or was it becos of blister or that u needed to go early?) and she went away.... Soon michael left too. and there was left: has, nicole, jonc, me. Around 345pm, ame no.2 (amelina) came to say hello (so nice!). She didnt join us cos the rink closes at 4pm, but we did hang around at Mac until around 430pm. Then all of us went home at 445!
Ok... so thats the lengthy timed post of our outing. The people who came, in summary are:
Amelia, Amelina, Haslina, Kingyan, Michael, Jon Chan, Nicole and me! :)
As for what went on in the rink, i shall leave it for others or sum other time!

Week 4!!
Heys,
so fast, another week has past but no one helps me to post!
Anw, more and more studying needs to be done, but dun forget this OG! It's great to have OG dinner now and then and very often like yesterday (and today!)
Also, Jiaying suggests for us to meet during Take5. Can we all meet at Titanic Slide and have some fun away from our class/cliques for a while? I think I shall confirm the time for us to congregate there again! Oh yes, and should we order a Picnic Set of $25 for 30 people? hmm
Warren suggests Valentine's gift-giving, ya so that one he will think of the arrangements himself. He probably just needs an excuse to give jiaying the wedding ring. HAHA
anw, hmm hope you all stay united wif your class or whatever groups of friends u've formed. Make your stay at RJC worthwhile! (advice to myself too =D)

It's week 3...
hi, everyone is getting busier but nvr forget tiabo and all our friends here!
Here's what happened at BB BBQ yesterday... so sad that half of yall didnt come... haha (I was in a daze yesterday nite so only can blog now.)
so, after jiaying and her pro outdoor skills helped us to set the fire and charcoal burning, we half-cooked a lot of food. Halfway cooked, our fire burned through aluminium base and hence our "pit" was destroyed. haha so we did not succesfully cook 1 batch of food.
However somehow, I think everyone in tiabo still ate themselves full somehow la. Maybe with chicken wings or marshmallows, or food koped from from elsewhere. but thankfully we had nice dessert which yewei was hyper about. I tot the desert was mainly ice and thats all rightx? Basically while many other groups were busy cooking we were fooling around haha!
Next, all of us in BB went to the parade square where the weather was really good. I could have slept there for the night. xD We took pictures and sung the batch song but unfortunately becos of the teacher's admonition we couldnt dance batch dance. Everyone still had fun!
Oh yes, i forgot about OMG. Unfortunately many of us had other things on, so only 5 of us were there. Frisbee wasnt more fun than captain's ball... I hope next weeks one will be more exciting. haha

Apparently, our sheet of signups for Grassroots has been somehow misplaced, and now they have no idea who from BB11 would like to join Grassroots! So can you drop me a message if you would like to do so? Thanks!

Hey all, this might be a pretty difficult day for many people who don't make it through, and I think it would be nice if we could accompany our non-Raffles T'iabones down to the boards to see whether they made it or not. I think Nicole, Amelia and Jon would greatly appreciate it, right? We'll meet in the morning as usual.
On that day there will be OMG which is Ultimate Frisbee! We can have training sessions, so if you do have them, count me in! I'm free on that day I think.
BBq! Don't forget to go! It will be pretty fun. I've been designated Emcee, so I will be mentioning you guys a lot lol.

TAKE 5 TALENTIME!

Take 5 is this event where the whole school goes down to some location to take 5, meaning take a break and relax and simply have fun with each other! Last year's was a blast, this year's one is going to be what you make it to be! Hmm. It's going to be on the 15th of February this year. Why don't you guys join, I think you guys got the talent! At least try out for the auds la.

2. Band category
3. Open category (dance, stand up comedy, group singing, etc, anything that can entertain!)
So head down to the canteen to signup for the auditions at the talentime notice board (you can't miss it) to have a shot at performing in front of the WHOLE SCHOOL, winning ATTRACTIVE PRIZES (for the top 3 in each category), and having tons of fun in the process! Hix, it's time to blog again!
Anw, becos Onite has passed for some time, i'd rather blog on OMG, and Jazz.
OMG was so fun, although we lost the 2 rounds. The defenders always had one tall building blocking our dear captain so it was hard to catch... but the process was very worthwhile! we danced the batch dance once - timely revision! haha
I tot that the second half of the Jazz Concert was much better than the first. Yewei was one of the better - if not the best - singer because his voice could be heard. And bonuses for his entertaining poses! Last few songs got a bit emo but overall it was still nice! Unfortunately Ziyang wasted $4 becos he couldnt make it last minute....
Finally, hope that everyone copes well in RJC! dun stress, take everything in your stride!!
P.S. Jongan has been MIA for quite some while, i wonder what he has been DOING............. o.O

Jazz Concert
Hey,
this friday is gonna be a jazz concert at RJC, $4 per ticket and 2 tickets free if we get at least 15 tickets (which makes 17 total)!
Because Yewei our OGL is gonna be there so i think we shall all go support him! after all, what's better than to enjoy now before the tests and assignments all start coming our way? haha
P.S. does anyone wan to post about O'nite? =)

Okay hello again people.
For the benefit of all those who weren't in crazy msn discussion, our performance has been settled, everyone jump for joy!
So we're doing a medley of songs. We're adapting from 3 songs:

2) Mambo #5
3) More than words

T`iabo is so awesome that we have an awesome idea for an awesome performance! Okay, it was Amelia's idea. So here goes.
"Erm i thought maybe we could do it like the 'search for a suitable commercial' maybe headphones. It can be in three parts. Like first a song adaptation. Then a dance. Then first two can start of alright. Then end rather outrageously. Like get too overboard. Which is wheere the humour comes in. Then the last part. We can have the 'umbrella' scene. Like maybe the girl hears the song from the headphones of the guy, throws away her umbrella and go Yup. Song and dance part can be solved quite quickly.
Okay haha adding on.. We could have 'judges' that like for the song, would give some comments...then for the dance, ask how it's relevant to the commercial...Something like that. Just a short comment. Then for the last part with the umbrella, it can end with the umbrella hitting the judge when thrown. Or something like that."
So basically. Her idea is A SKIT, comprising of a dance and a song item. It's sort of like a search for the best commercial for headphones of something, since we're t'iabo.
So we split into three groups:
1) Dance group
2) Song group
3) Drama group
So we'll have judges and stuff like that la. And so far, most of t'iabo agrees to this idea. :D
SECOND THING.
We have to meet up tmr to settle everything. Suggestions were Vivo and Citihall mrt, where there's a large empty space where people do anything and everything there.
I vote cityhall.
Cummon t'iabo, COMMENT and vote!
